Tolecut products are a dry sanding system. You can see what you are sanding, which eliminates the risk of sanding through the clear coat. Defect removal has never been so simple and fast.
The Tolecut system leaves a fine, uniform sanding scratch pattern and is also suitable for use with water-based and ceramic clear coats. Depending on the size of the defects, one of three Tolecut materials can be selected.
For significant defects, P1500 micro-abrasives can be used before Tolecut. Tolecut 1/8 sheets are designed for the smallest defects, while Tolecut sheets are intended for larger surfaces.
These sheets are also well suited for sanding curved and rounded elements.
