● The support plate follows an orbit (the amplitude of which depends on the distance between the axis of rotation of the drive shaft and the central axis of the support plate) and can rotate freely around its central axis. The support plate can rotate freely in different speeds and directions with centrifugal force and friction. If the frictional forces must be such as to prevent the disk from rotating while the tool is still running, accidental orbital motion simply becomes orbital motion. The number of rotations of the disks is variable and does not depend on the number of orbits performed. Currently, random orbital motion is the best compromise in terms of surface treatment efficiency and quality.
● Elegantly designed
RUPES ‘research, development and design departments have paid special attention to the design and ergonomics of BigFoot polishers. A perfectly balanced machine body, practical handle, quiet operation and minimal vibration are just some of the features that help make BigFoot the most versatile and demanded system on the market.
● Resistant shelf
The dual-function anti-rotation housing is designed to protect the operator against moving parts and act as a support pad clutch, preventing further stress on the foam polishing pad when it is not in direct contact with the surface.
● Electronic speed control model
The speed controller on the handle is both practical and easy to use. The polishing speed can also be adjusted during use, thus avoiding interrupting the polishing process.
ON / OFF Switch lock
Pressing the button on the left side of the handle locks the on / off switch during polishing. This allows the operator to move his hands freely in different gripping positions while the tool is running.
